152nd Running of the Melbourne Cup Carnival

EDIT: :star: THE MELBOURNE CUP CARNIVAL IS BEING EXTENDED ONE MONTH. For soooo many reasons. Beginning with the fact that I haven't even started mine ... let alone do I have time for judging. I'm also aware a lot of other people arent going to be able to finish theirs by tomorrow. SO. SEE YA'LL ON THE 31ST OF JANUARY. WILL BE ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS UNTIL THE FINAL DAY.:star:

"It's the race that stops the nation, and for that matter the entire racing world." Its where legends are made – Damien Oliver on Media Puzzle, Phar Lap, Makybe Diva and Glen Boss – its the race that the legendary Bart Cummings has won a record 13 times. Its what every single racehorse owner in the world aspires to; where dreams are fulfilled, hearts are broken, and a defining moment in the lives of racehorse owners all around the world. Its purely Australian – larrikins and divas from all around gather to Flemington to celebrate Australia's racing culture, but at the same time, its every bit of an international spectacle. At 3pm on the first Tuesday of November, the racing world will hold its breath, and some one's life will change forever.
Welcome to the Melbourne Cup.

JUDGES & PRIZES WILL BE REVEALED SHORTLY.

:bulletblue: Judges are allowed to enter their own horses.
:bulletblue: We will be having about four judges.
:bulletblue: The entry will be given a score out of 80 based on effort and out of 20 based on RNG by each individual judge. This will then be divided by the number of judges judging the particular entry to achieve the average score. If it is an entry that has been submitted by a judge, it'll be judged by the other judges and divided by that number. If it's submitted by a non judge, it will be judged by all judges and divided by that number.
:bulletblue: Confused? Example:

4 Judges on a non-judge entry.
(Sum of Effort Scores) + (Sum of RNG Scores)/Number of Judges = Final Score
Lets assume:
(70 + 65 + 75 + 72) + (13 + 2 + 16 + 8)/4 = (277 + 39)/4 = 79

A Final Score of 79.
Got it?

3 Judges on a judge's entry.
(Sum of Effort Scores) + (Sum of RNG Scores)/Number of Judges = Final Score
Lets assume:
(62 + 50 + 58) + (19 + 7 + 15)/3 = (170 + 41)/3 = 70.3

A Final Score of 70.
Got it?

The Track Conditions

Hey, I saw you were "active", so I thought you could tell me more about the results? I also send you a note, but you didn't reply to me (yet), or maybe you forgot. :XD: Anyways, hope to hear from you!
